Using the service
Lapivo is operated by CRYOSS in Warsaw, Poland. You must be at least 13, provide accurate account details, protect your email access and follow applicable local rules. Under-18 runners must declare parent or legal guardian permission. We do not treat this as verified parental identity. Availability varies by country.
Run safely
Pay attention to traffic, weather and your surroundings. Stop if unwell. Lapivo records exercise and offers competition features; it does not provide medical advice or guarantee GPS accuracy. Do not use the app in a way that puts yourself or others at risk.
Private competition
Standard race creation, joining, recording and submitting results are free. The server calculates eligible continuous 1, 2 or 5 km efforts. Pauses and GPS gaps can make a result ineligible. Free-route races do not guarantee equal hills, wind or surfaces. Race deadlines, including the 24-hour offline submission window, apply. Do not fake results, harass others or share unsafe content. Blocking, reporting and team removal are available.
Credits and choices
Eligible adults can choose rewarded videos. Each completed video adds 10 spendable credits only after our server verifies Google’s signed reward callback (SSV). Banners do not award credits. Free weekly credits are available without running or watching ads. Credits do not expire; they cannot be bought, transferred or exchanged for cash. Cosmetic items do not change sporting results. Account deletion removes its credits and items.
Your data and service changes
Your runs remain yours. You allow us to process them to provide the features you choose, as described in the privacy notice. We may restrict abusive activity, maintain or change the service, and announce material terms changes with a new version. No uninterrupted availability is promised; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Contact lapivo@cryoss.com for support or disputes.
